Can I use TexMex for Quiche Lorraine?
You could make a nice quiche with your ingredients, but it's not Quiche Lorraine. Quiche Lorraine is bacon and swiss cheese in the quiche base. Your recipe sounds fine, but please don't call it Lorraine.
